  • How can I cancel or change an order once it has been made?
    All sales are final. Once you have placed an order on this website you cannot cancel the order. MPW reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason, at any time prior to shipment, at its sole discretion. In the event MPW cancels an order it will refund or credit you for any payments made prior to such cancellation. Please see Terms & Conditions at the bottom of this website.
  • Is ordering online secure?
    Safeguarding information of visitors to this website is important to MPW. MPW uses systems, policies and procedures to maintain accuracy of information and to protect information from loss, misuse or alteration. MPW does not collect any credit card information. All credit card processing is handled by a third party. Shipment may also be handled by a third party. Please check on each third party's website for its respective privacy policy; treatment of information may vary. Please see Privacy Policy at the bottom of this website.
  • Shopping Cart
    1. Select item you would like to add and click on Add to Cart. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click Check out, fill in information needed and select Complete Order. After you submit your order, you will go to Order Confirmation and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address assigned to the account.
    2. To change the quantity, enter a number in the Quantity box and click Update.
    3. To remove an item from your Shopping Cart, click Remove.
  • How do I sign into my account and/or edit the information in my account?
    1. Click on Sign In/Register in the top-right-hand corner if you are an existing customer enter the e-mail and password associated with the account and click Sign In.
    2. If you forget your password:
      1. Click on the Forgot Your Password link.
      2. Enter email address associated with the account you are trying to access and click Submit Request.
    3. New Customers:
      1. Enter email address and password you would like to have associated with this account and click Create Account.
  • Shipping and handling rates?
    1. To get shipping and tax information
      1. Select Checkout
      2. Fill in the required fields
      3. Select a shipping method and select Continue
      4. Select a payment method and select Continue
    2. All products purchased from MPW on this website are F.O.B. shipping point and risk of loss shall pass to the purchaser once the product is transferred to the shipping company. Products will be sent via a reputable third party service (i.e., Fedex, UPS, etc.) or from the Manufacturer, unless otherwise arranged between you and MPW. Some product prices include shipping in the listed price. All shipping charges, if any, are your sole responsibility and are non-refundable. Contact MPW immediately if your shipment is not received within five (5) business days of the shipper's estimated delivery date. Refused packages are subject to return shipping charges assessed by the shipper, regardless of whether shipping was included in the price or charged additionally.   • Payment options?
    MPW accepts payment by credit card or by purchase order. MPW reserves the right to require you to register as a customer prior to accepting an offer for purchase by purchase order. By placing an order on this website, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are an agent, employee, or representative of an entity and you are authorized to purchase on behalf of such entity; or (ii) you are the owner of the payment method used, or you are an authorized user of the payment method used.
    1. Credit Card. MPW will process your payment promptly after you place an order. Following processing and acceptance of your payment, MPW will prepare product(s) or cause product(s) to be prepared for shipping within a reasonable amount of time or, if preparation will take longer than reasonably expected, MPW will notify you when the product(s) will be ready for shipment.
    2. Purchase Order. MPW will provide an invoice by email or through U.S.P.S mail to the billing address provided following receipt of your purchase order. MPW will prepare product(s) for shipping within a reasonable amount of time or, if preparation will take longer than reasonably expected, MPW will notify you when the product(s) will be ready for shipment.

  • Return Policy?
    MPW will accept return of defective products covered by a manufacturer's warranty. You are responsible for all costs associated with any return and you shall bear the risk of loss for the returned product until it is received by MPW. A restocking fee may be applicable to any returns. Please see Terms & Conditions at the bottom of this website.
  • Can I ship to a PO Box?
    All products purchased on this site must be delivered to a physical address.
